MEETUP ROOM INFO:

The Photoshoot/ Meetup Room will be located on the 2nd Floor in Seminar Room 1.

Each day will have 1 hr time slots for groups to set up their own meetup/ photoshoots. These times slots are first come first served.

Meetups/ Photoshoots will be attendee run, so if you plan on hosting a photoshoot/ meet up please be sure to arrive before your designated start time.

We will have a sign up sheet with the times listed each day, this link will open at 6 P.M 1/6/2025. (The link to secure your time slot will not work until 6 P.M!)
