The Vendor Hall applications will be open from July 27th at noon EST until August 10th at 11:59 pm EST.
Please be sure to read all information provide below before applying!
Vendor Hall applications will remain open for 2 weeks from the day they open. Applications may close early if we receive an overwhelming amount of applications.

Vendor Hall will have 2 applications, one for artists, and one for dealers. Please be sure to read through all rules and policies before sending in either application.
VENDOR HALL PRICING INFO
Standard Artist Space 6x6' - $200
This space includes a 6 ft table and 2 badges. If you purchase another space, it will come with 2 additional pages.
Standard Dealer Space 10x10' - $375
This space includes an 8 ft table and 2 badges. If you purchase another space, it will come with an additional 2 badges.
VENDOR HALL RULES
There will be NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS TO FUTURE YEARS for any tables purchased, regardless of the situation. If you are no longer able to attend, please send an email to isshocon.vendors@gmail.com so we may give your table to the next Artist or Dealer on the waitlist. We will allow table transfers until December 18th, 2026. Transfers will only be given to Artists or Dealers that are on the waitlist.
AI-Generated merchandise is prohibited. Anyone within the Vendor Hall selling such merchandise will be ejected from the event with no refund.
Licensed commercial materials are not allowed to be sold by Artists. Fanworks are allowed, but merchandise must be original works created by the Artist.
All items being sold by Dealers must be officially licensed. Any Dealer found to be selling bootleg merchandise will be asked to remove such merchandise. Refusal will result in being asked to leave the event with no refund.
An Artist may still apply for a Dealer’s space.
For items that are made of resin, they must be completely cured. If they are found not to be cured properly, the vendor will be asked to leave the event with no refund.
Proxy selling is only permitted on a case by case basis. IsshoCon/Otaku Detroit understand that proxy selling is necessary for some, but the need to be at multiple shows during the same weekend is not.
Materials that are 18+ are allowed in the Vendor Hall. Those selling these materials are responsible for covering materials in their display. The Vendor Hall Staff will be making the rounds throughout the area to confirm this, and will kindly ask for you to cover items if necessary.
Selling 18+ material to minors is not allowed. Artists and Dealers must follow all protocols in selling adult materials, such as verifying ID of any attendee who is purchasing such materials and providing the product to the attendee in a manner in which the product is censored from the public eye (dark packaging, etc).
Illegal items of any kind are strictly forbidden in the Vendor Hall. Anyone selling such merchandise will be ejected from the event with no refund.
Sharing tables is not permitted, unless selling under a studio. Artists and Dealers are only allowed to sell their merchandise at their own tables.
Displays can be no higher than 8 feet tall, measuring from the floor, not the tables. The Vendor Hall Staff will be making rounds throughout the area to confirm this, and will kindly ask you to modify your display accordingly.

No part of any display may be attached to the hotel in any way. This includes, but is not limited to, taping, stapling, or gluing items to the hotel's walls or ceiling. Anyone in the Vendor Hall caught doing so will be ejected from the event without refund.
Artists and Dealers accept all responsibility for any damages left to the hotel due to their display. IsshoCon/Otaku Detroit are not responsible for any damages left by an artist due to their display materials/merchandise.
IsshoCon and Otaku Detroit are not responsible for any stolen/damaged display items. Artists and Dealers must be constantly aware of their table. Artists and Dealers are responsible for finding coverage for their table if they need to leave.
Those participating in the Vendor Hall are not allowed to rent their tables to other people during the event.
Food and/or beverage items are not allowed to be sold in the Vendor Hall.
No one is allowed into the Vendor Hall after hours. Any items needed by Artists and Dealers must be taken with them before the hall is closed off for the day.
Participants of the Vendor Hall must not tear down before the conclusion of the convention without notifying the Vendor Hall Department Head or Assistant Department Heads. If you must leave early for any reason, please contact us via email.
Participants of the Vendor Hall must be present during the times given to them. It is understandable if you are running late, but the convention has listed times for ADA/VIP as a chance for the attendees to enter the room with less of a crowd.
Gambling of any kind is not allowed within the Vendor Hall. This includes hosting 50/50 chances, raffles, etc. Random prize winning, such as Gashapon machines, are allowed. It is considered gambling if it is not guaranteed that a person making a purchase is not receiving a product.
This should not have to be said, but works depicting minors inappropriately are not allowed. If it is determined such merchandise has been sold by an Artist or Dealer, you will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
Swords with sharp edges are not allowed to be sold. Swords must have a dull edge. Dealers are responsible for ensuring weapons are not sold to minors. This includes verifying valid ID from attendees wishing to purchase such merchandise.
Firearms are not permitted to be sold in the Vendor Hall. This also includes the sale of airsoft and BB guns, including any ammunition that they require to be used.
No one in the Vendor Hall may charge a fee to view merchandise.
No photos are allowed to occur in the Vendor Hall, specifically attendees taking cosplay photos. If you see this happening, please tell them not to. Artists and Dealers may take photos of cosplayers, so long as you are not causing a disruption in traffic.
It is up to the discretion of the Artists and Dealers to allow photos of their products.
IsshoCon/Otaku Detroit Staff reserves the right to change, update, or add policies at any time to ensure the safety of attendees. Any changes made to these core policies will be sent out to everyone in the Vendor Hall in advance.
